Reviews and Ratings
Looking out at the loading dock at the back was a downside, but the rooms were clean despite being outdated. The service was very nice and welcoming, making the visit enjoyable. The location, though not as close to Kelowna as expected, was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and very dark when the shade drapes were down, which was great for warm summer nights. The service was very attentive and excellent, with a shoutout to Ops Manager Orlando, Mike, Dave, and Lorna at the Front Desk. The location was right off the main road, providing easy access to restaurants and shopping. The dining options were satisfactory but lacked clarity on included amenities. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient location.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were reasonably large and had good air conditioning, but the view from my smoke-free room was not ideal as it faced the loading dock in the back. The hotel seemed to be in the basement, and we had to look up to the car park. On the plus side, the room had a very roomy couch.
The hotel offers a nice size jacuzzi suite with one queen bed and 1 sofa bed. While it could benefit from some updating, the overall experience was pleasant. The service was very friendly, and the staff always delivered great service, including room service breakfasts. The location, though slightly underwhelming, is convenient with easy access off the highway and proximity to stores and restaurants. The dining options were varied and convenient, making it a good choice for those wanting to dine without leaving the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a noticeable pee odor, dirty carpets, and felt too warm despite being clean, well-supplied, and very quiet. The service, however, was consistently great with friendly and welcoming staff who were always helpful. The location was decent, although not as close to Kelowna as expected, but still convenient with good access to restaurants. The dining experience, while offering lots of options and great quality, lacked clear information about extra costs. The facilities were satisfactory despite needing renovations.
The hotel rooms were good, nice, clean, and spacious with quick wifi, but the view was towards the loading dock in the back and the parking area above. The staff was very polite, helpful, and responsible for delivering room service breakfasts, making them the friendliest and most competent encountered during our cross Canada trip. The location, although not as close to Kelowna as expected, is convenient for accessing nearby Peachland, Mission Hill Winery, and Quail's Gate Winery, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The dining experience, although within walking distance and offering Happy Hour specials, lacked clear information provided during check-in. The facilities provided were excellent. However, the rooms seemed to be in the basement as we looked out at the loading dock in the back of the hotel and had to look up to the car park.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but unfortunately, a strong bad smell lingered. The service was attentive and kind, although the location was not as close to Kelowna as expected. The dining experience left much to be desired, with cold and uninteresting food. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were adequate, offering a decent overall experience.
The hotel room lacked conveniences and was not clean with stains on carpet and shower curtain, but being located on the main level was convenient. The service was excellent, although I experienced a great response when I voiced my concerns and was generously offered a $50 discount. The location was central to many hotspots in West Kalowna with easy access off the highway. Dining is within walking distance but costs $35 for 2 people. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were reasonably large with good air conditioning, but we had super loud guests beside us and the AC was noisy. The service was exceptional, with friendly and competent staff members offering various amenities. The location wasn't as close to Kelowna as we expected, but it was convenient for visiting wineries and other venues. The dining experience was a bit lacking, especially in comparison to other hotels, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms hadn't been cleaned or beds made, lacked conveniences, and seemed to be in the basement with a view of the loading dock. On the positive side, the service was amazing.
The hotel offered a pleasant stay with some room for improvement. The location was nice with easy access off the highway, but the view was underwhelming. The service was very polite and helpful overall, although there were issues during check-in. The dining experience was good but could have been better. The rooms worked well for warm summer nights but could use some fresh paint.
The hotel had bright and larger rooms than the one in the basement, which were clean and comfortable. The service provided was very friendly and cooperative, ensuring an enjoyable visit to West Kelowna. The location was convenient for getting to Peachland or to Mission Hill winery and Quail's Gate winery, just off the main road, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The dining had lots of options but would have cost an extra $15 plus. The facilities were well-maintained and modern.
The hotel had spacious rooms that were unfortunately dark due to the outdoor streetlight. The cleanliness was good, but the location facing the loading dock was less than ideal. The service was friendly overall, except for a hiccup during check-in. The location was easy to find off the main road but underwhelming in terms of views. The dining experience was enjoyable with lots of options.
I found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise with spacious, clean, and comfortably dark rooms due to the blackout drapes. The sink outside the bathroom was a convenient touch. The location was not as close to Kelowna as expected but still easily accessible, and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was a definite plus.
The hotel had spacious, clean rooms that unfortunately were quite dark with the shades down. The staff was excellent but seemed to lack engagement during check-in. The location was convenient off the main road but lacked daily servicing. The dining experience was average, not very interesting and cold. Overall, good value for money but could use improvements in certain areas.
